About

Alida Ivanov Gallery was founded 2009 on Tomtebogatan 18 in Stockholm.

It is the gallery’s intention to present contemporary art in whatever form it comes in, whether it is established or emerging. Beside customary exhibition activity the gallery will host different events like artist talks, book releases, performance evenings and fashion events, to name a few. Alida Ivanov Gallery works both independently and collaboratively in order to present a diverse program.

The building in which the gallery is located was erected between the years 1905-1906. The architects responsible were Dorph& Höög, who are also known for building altogether 200 houses during the period in both Vasastan and Södermalm in Stockholm.
